For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:10 ESV

Our theme tells us we are created in Christ for good works. So we are here on earth for a purpose. God's plan for us before the foundation of the world is to make mankind like Himself to rule over all things, including all troubles we might face in this world.

In Genesis 1:26 ESV, God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

That is why we should not be dismayed at the troubles we face in this world, for we are created in Christ to rule over them. Psalm 91:5-6 ESV says, “ You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.” Just as God made the sun to rule by the day and it is so. In the same way, we are created in Christ to rule over all things.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO WALK IN DOMINION, IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
