WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS II

and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

Ephesians 6:14 ESV

God protects His righteous ones. Psalm 37:39 ESV says, “The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.” WE are His righteous ones not by our own works but by faith. Romans 5:1 ESV says, “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

It is good to know in a period as we are in today, that God is protecting us not because of our own righteousness but because our righteousness is from Him.

Isaiah 54:17 NKJV says that, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.”

Let us put on the breastplate of righteousness by living in the mindset of His righteousness all the time!
