WE ARE AGELESS

With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

Beloved, we have escaped the dark effects of aging, the snare of troublesome aging is broken and we have escaped. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set us free from the law of sin and death.( Romans 8:2) We do not go through aging the same way the world does, for we are not under the principles of sin and death that rule over aging in this dark world. But rather ,under the principles of the Spirit of life. We are timeless!

The Spirit of God gives life to every cell of our body from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Isaiah 46:4 NIV says, “Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” Imagine that God Himself sustains us even in old age and gray hairs! How? Through His Spirit in us! (See Romans 8:11)

Psalms 3:5 NIV says, “ I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.” So we will sleep peacefully like a baby at old age and wake up healthy and strong because the Lord sustains us. No more worries about the troubles of aging, God has satisfied us with length of days, healthy and quality life. Psalms 92:14 NIV says, “They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ENJOY OUR OLD AGE WITH JOY AND GOOD HEALTH IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
