WE ARE HEIRS OF GOD

and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

Romans 8:17 NKJV

Hebrews 1:1-2 NKJV says, “God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; “. If you are the Owner of a company, will you be relating to your children personally or through your secretary?

The enemy that tricked Adam and Eve out of God’s presence is also trying to trick us out of His presence, by making us feel unworthy to be called God's children because of our lacks or sins. But our theme says we are heirs of God, God speaks to us directly through his son, we are in Christ in God. We don't need a third party agent to talk to the Father for us. Romans 10:8 NKJV says, “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”

Beloved, we are heirs of God not because of our earthly possessions, rather, because we are His children . We are His children not because we have no flaws, rather because we received the Spirit of Jesus in us. It is through the Holy Spirit that we have oneness with the triune God, a foretaste of His glory. The Spirit tells us all things. (1 John 2:27) I Corinthians 2:12 NKJV says, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.”
