Yes we should rejoice with great joy for the Lord has made us rejoice with great joy! We have been raised to a new life with Christ, Christ is our new life, a life pleasing to God! “I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in my people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more.”( Isaiah 65:19 NIV‬‬)
