WE ARE UNCONQUERABLE IN CHRIST

Let us thank the Lord, who has not let our enemies destroy us.

Psalm 124:6 GNT

Yes! Let us thank God , who has not let sin destroy us! For our old sinful nature was destroyed on the cross so sin cannot rule over us. Our duty is to keep saying no to it and it will flee. The same way sickness, hardships, marital crisis, failures etc are from the old nature which has been crucified with Christ on the cross, hence they cannot rule over us.

We should say no to sin the same way we say no to sickness and failures, and they will flee. James 4:7 GNT says, “ So then, submit yourselves to God. Resist the Devil, and he will run away from you.” For though we have been freed from the old life, we still need to walk in the newness of life. That is why Romans 6:11 ESV says, “.. So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.”

Giving thanks to God is an easy way to resist the opposing force of the enemy and walk in newness of life. In moments of trials, we give Him thanks for we are dead to sin and distress, and alive to God's goodness and unfailing love in Christ Jesus. Psalms 107:43 NLT says, “Those who are wise will take all this to heart; they will see in our history the faithful love of the Lord.”

BLESSED ARE YOU GOD THE FATHER OF OUR BELOVED LORD JESUS CHRIST FOR YOU HAVE NOT ALLOWED SIN TO DESTROY US, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
