WE HAVE A SOUND DEFENSIVE MECHANISM

“But all who devour you will be devoured, and all your enemies will be sent into exile. All who plunder you will be plundered, and all who attack you will be attacked.- Jeremiah 30:16 NLT

Just as every animal, such as porcupine, skunk, lion etc has their defensive mechanism, God also built us with ours. Psalm 7 says that because the wicked are always pregnant with mischief, God has sharpened His sword making His arrows fiery sharp. We are His swords and arrows of warfare "Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. (Psalms 127:4 NKJV)

As children of the Holy Spirit, we are sharpened and fiery sharp arrows in His hands. The Lord said "And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. (Zechariah 12:3 NKJV)

Today, He has made us a mighty stone in Christ. "And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”(Matthew 21:44 NKJV) That is why today, we are sharper than a double edged sword (Hebrews 4:12), we burn like a fire, like a hammer that breaks stone into pieces (Jeremiah 23:39) Glory!
