WE HAVE GREATER THINGS ANGELIC ACTIVITIES ARE AT WORK FOR US IN CHRIST
You will see greater things than these… you will see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.
John 1:50–51
Beloved, our life in Christ is not limited to what our natural eyes can see. Jesus promised greater things—heaven opened, divine activity released, and angels ascending and descending in connection with the Son of Man. Because we are united with Christ, we are surrounded by the reality of God’s heavenly activity.
We are children of God, and He is the Commander of Heaven’s armies. We are precious in His sight. “Whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye.” (Zechariah 2:8)
Do you think our Heavenly Father will leave His children unprotected in this world?
“For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.”
(Psalm 91:11 NIV)
The question is not whether God is at work. The question is whether we are conscious of what He is doing beyond what our eyes can see. When the Syrian army surrounded Elisha, his servant saw only danger and cried out in fear. But Elisha saw beyond the visible.
“Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” (2 Kings 6:16)
Then Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.” And the servant saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. (2 Kings 6:17)
Beloved, never measure your security by what you can see. There is a heavenly reality working beyond your natural sight. Greater things are before you. Heaven is open. God is at work. His angels are ministering according to His command.
