WE HAVE SEEN GOD'S SMILING FACE

We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life.

1 John 1:1 NLT

The Psalmist said, “Turn us again to yourself, O God. Make your face shine down upon us. Only then will we be saved.” (Psalms 80:3 NLT) Today , through Jesus, God is shining His face upon us. We have seen the face of God . Ponder this: “Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father, and we will be satisfied.” Jesus replied, “Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and yet you still don’t know who I am? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! So why are you asking me to show him to you? (John 14:8-9 NLT)

Whomever has seen Jesus, has seen the Father, Hebrews 1:3 NLT says, “The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God,” Jesus is God in flesh and blood, Immanuel, God is with us. John 1:14 NLT says, “So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.”

Beloved, No more sorrows, or weeping for in Christ, we have seen the smiling face of the Father. It is in Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28) Our joyful duty is to behold His face in His words and be transformed. “And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 ESV)

WE BLESS YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR WE HAVE SEEN YOUR SMILING FACE IN CHRIST, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
