WHAT DO YOU EXPECT TO SEE NOW THAT THE MESSIAH HAS COME

The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.”

Now that the Messiah has come, what do you expect to see in your life ?

The Samaritan woman in our theme says that when the Messiah comes, He will tell us all things. Yes, the Lord is telling the world all things today through His gospel.

Jesus' response to the disciples of John the Baptist when they asked Him if He was the Messiah was, “The blind receive their sight and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.” ( Matthew 11:5 MEV)

“The poor have the gospel preached to them.” His words are in line with the words of Isaiah concerning the Messiah, “ The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; “. (Isaiah 61:1 MEV) Now that the Messiah has come, we should make it a priority to tell the good news to all nations in fulfillment of the prophecy.

This is why the Lord said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” (Matthew 28:19-20 MEV)

Mark 16:20 MEV says, “Then they went forth and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.” This same way, the Spirit of the Lord is with us transforming the world to the same image we preach, from one degree of glory to another! Hallelujah!
