WHEN GOD’S PRESENCE IS IN YOUR LIFE, BLESSINGS BECOME INEVITABLE

2 Samuel 6:11 NIV says, “The ark of the Lord remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite for three months, and the Lord blessed him and his entire household.” Obed-edom did not chase God's blessing, rather he hosted God’s presence in his house and the Lord blessed him and his entire household.

The Ark was the symbol of God's presence and divine authority. If the ark, just a symbol, blessed Obed-Edom and his entire household. How much more will the Word of God, the true nature and life of God bless you and your household, if you host Him in your heart day and night.

Psalm 1:2-3 ESV affirms this, “but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.”

When we prioritize God in our daily lives. our environment begins to change. Our homes, our work, and even our mindsets can become places of blessing. God’s presence affects not just us, but everything connected to us.

Host God's presence in your life by meditating on the word daily and see how you will be transformed. Just as Obed-Edom's prosperity was evident to all, so shall the prosperity of the one who meditates on His words. 1 Timothy 4:15 NIV says, “Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress.
