KINGDOM GROWTH IS BY SURRENDER

And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.

Mark 4:26-27 NKJV

A ground can only produce for us what we sow in it. If you sow an orange seed in the ground, it will produce an orange tree. The ground does not make it to be orange for it is orange by its nature. Also, If the ground is rocky, or full of thorns ,it will choke the seed. But if the ground is fertile, the seed will grow, first the leaf blade, then the heads and the full grain.

I Peter 1:23 NKJV says, “having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.” Just as an orange seed carries the nature of the orange tree. In the same way, the word of God bears the true nature of God. Just as a ground that is rocky, or full of thorns will choke the seed. Also, if our hearts are full of worries, anxiety, and cares of this world, it will not give room for the life of God to manifest in us.

Proverbs 4:23 NKJV says, “ Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” Since we are incorruptible in nature, our duty is to guard our hearts from every worries and cares of this world, so the incorruptible life of God in us will manifest on the outside.

That is why the Glory of God , which is the outward manifestation of God's life and nature in us, is revealed in our surrendered lives, in our weaknesses. Hence, our weaknesses are not to be worried about, rather it is only for us to surrender to the divine power in us. John 12:24 NKJV says, “ I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE A SURRENDERED LIFE IN CHRIST IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
