PROMOTE CHRIST IN YOUR LIVES AND NOT YOUR TROUBLES

I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no claim on me,

John 14:30 ESV

The enemy has no claim on us. Our old life he has power over is crucified with Christ and no longer lives. Romans 6:6 NLT says,“We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.” The old life he has claim on was crucified with Christ, Christ is our new life now, so as he has no claim on Christ, so also he has no claim on us.

“As He is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). Christ is not only our Savior but our life itself; and because we are united with Him, His reality defines ours. He is righteous—therefore we are made righteous in Him. He is victorious over sin and death—therefore we are no longer bound by their authority. He is seated in authority—therefore we live from a place of spiritual authority, not defeat.

Those troubles we see in our lives today, are dead on arrival, they have no foothold, no receptors to attach to. Let us walk in this consciousness and never give the enemy a foothold in our lives by living in worries, anxiety, unforgiveness, anger etc. Remember, we no longer live,Christ lives in us, if Christ lives in us, will He walk in unforgiveness, worries, sickness or lack.
